When you find that the product has quality problems, please provide relevant videos so that we can confirm whether it is a product quality problem or an installation process problem. Once a customer said that all products could not be used. After we verified the video he provided, we found that he installed the battery upside down. After following the correct installation process, all products can be used normally.

3. How to deal with problem orders
If we continue to cooperate, We will reissue products free of charge based on the quantity of the problematic products in the next order. If you have concerns about continuing to cooperate with us and decide not to continue to cooperate, we will reissue the products for you separately.

4. Refund or return process
The refund will be returned to you by our Alibaba store. The premise of this operation is that your order is paid using Alibaba. The refund time for Alibaba orders is 72 hours.
